Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

By engaging EternaNova Global and making payment for any service, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Due to the nature of professional advisory, government-related processing, compliance work, documentation review, and third-party fees, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Cancellation Before Work Commences

A client may request cancellation before any advisory work, documentation review, application preparation, compliance assessment, or government-related processing has commenced.

In such cases:

• Administrative charges may be deducted.
• Payment gateway charges may be deducted.
• Banking fees may be deducted.
• Currency conversion charges may be deducted (if applicable).
• The final refund amount shall be determined after reviewing the engagement status.

3. Cancellation After Work Has Commenced

Once any of the following has occurred, the engagement shall be deemed commenced:

• Initial consultation conducted
• Documentation review initiated
• Eligibility assessment completed
• Company incorporation process started
• Government application submitted
• Compliance work initiated
• Third-party service providers engaged
• Licensing or registration process commenced

Fees already paid may become partially or fully non-refundable depending upon the stage of execution.

4. Government & Third-Party Fees

Government fees, licensing fees, visa fees, residency application fees, due diligence charges, translation costs, notarization costs, courier charges, and any third-party costs paid on behalf of the client are strictly non-refundable once incurred.

This applies irrespective of approval, rejection, delays, regulatory changes, or change of decision by the client.

5. Residency, Visa & Citizenship Services

EternaNova Global provides advisory, documentation, and execution support. Final decisions regarding visas, residency permits, citizenship applications, approvals, or rejections are made solely by the relevant government authorities.

Service fees paid for advisory and processing support are non-refundable once work has commenced.

No refund shall be provided due to rejection, delay, suspension, or policy changes by any government authority.

6. Company Formation Services

• Refund requests may only be considered before incorporation work has begun.
• Once incorporation documents are prepared, submitted, reserved, processed, or filed, fees become non-refundable.
• Government and authority charges remain non-refundable under all circumstances.

7. Client Delays or Non-Cooperation

No refund shall be payable where delays or inability to complete services result from:

• Incomplete documentation
• False or misleading information
• Failure to respond to requests
• Failure to satisfy compliance requirements
• Failure to make required payments
• Breach of applicable laws or regulations

8. Exceptional Refunds

Any refund granted outside this policy shall be entirely at the sole discretion of EternaNova Global and shall not create any future obligation or precedent.

9. Refund Processing Timeline

Where a refund is approved, refunds shall be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing may take between 14 to 30 business days depending on banking institutions, payment processors, and international payment networks.

10. Force Majeure

EternaNova Global shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide services caused by events beyond reasonable control including:

• Government actions
• Regulatory changes
• Natural disasters
• Political events
• Banking restrictions
• International sanctions
• Technology outages

No refund shall be due solely because of such circumstances.
